Return Timeframe

You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The return period starts from the date of delivery, not the date of purchase.

Return Conditions

Product Condition

  • Products must be in original, unopened condition
  • All seals and safety caps must be intact
  • Original packaging and labels must be undamaged
  • Include all accessories and documentation

Hygiene and Safety

  • For health and safety reasons, opened consumables cannot be returned
  • Tampered products will not be accepted
  • Products must not show signs of use or consumption

We'll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

Package the Item

Pack the item securely in original packaging with the RAN clearly marked.

Ship the Return

Send the package to our return address (provided with RAN) or schedule a pickup.

Processing & Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Product Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different product:

  1. Return the original product following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired product
  3. We'll process your refund once the return is received
  4. The new order will be shipped separately

Special Cases

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders (10+ items) may have different return conditions. Please contact our customer service for specific terms.

Promotional Items

Free gifts or promotional items must be returned along with the main product for a full refund.
